Admission Fraud Leads to Police Entanglement

My brother, Anshu, took 1 lakh rupees from two boys, Fahad and Chand, promising to get them admission into Galgotia University or College. Of this amount, 70 thousand was from Fahad and 40 thousand from Chand. He transferred 60 thousand rupees of this money into my account. When my brother didn't get them admission, the boys filed a complaint at the Knowledge Park police station because Anshu wasn't picking up their calls. Since the money had been transferred to my account, the police arrested me. They then arrested my brother and kept him in a lock-up for a night. Later, my maternal uncle, Bhusan Singh, who is also Anshu's father, negotiated with the boys. He sent 25 thousand rupees to the hostel manager, Ravi Ranjan. The remaining 25 thousand was given to Ravi Ranjan the next day. A bond paper was prepared stating that Anshu had taken 1 lakh rupees from the boys for admission purposes, out of which he had returned 50 thousand. The remaining 50 thousand, he promised to pay by September 10th. Today is September 25th, and he has only paid 90 thousand. My uncle and brother have returned to Bihar and are asking me to pay the remaining 10 thousand. Anshu had given me 10 thousand out of the 1 lakh, but I don't have any proof of this, and I didn't even ask for it. The boys are now harassing me for the 10 thousand rupees. Moreover, Ravi Ranjan is asking me to give him a bribe of 15 thousand rupees to settle the matter with the police station in-charge. My uncle has told the boys to take the 10 thousand rupees from me. Both parties are harassing me. What should I do?"
