I resigned from the company without serving notice period due to harassment

I was employed with private company from past 7 months where I get tortured mentally. I have informed this to management but they haven't take any action. After few months I send a resignation email to the Direcor of the company elaborated the reason of resign due yo toxic environment. After few days, Director replied me to come to the office and give proper handover but as I already suffered so much of harrassment I decided not to go again as my employer wants to take the revenge of my resignation. After few days, they served me a legal notice where they demand me to pay the 3 months salary but in my offer letter there is no clause of salary in lieu against the notice. Also, I didn't get the formal appointment letter after completion of probation period. I also send them reply in which I mentioned the actual facts happened with me in office. Now I have given the complaint against my employer in labour court to pay my pending dues. They have submit the authority letter in which they have mentioned the civil suit action against me before the honourable high court. Now again and again they are forcing me to serve the notice period and Labour court asking both of us to settle the issue. Please suggest me what action I can take against them as my physical health got affected due to the harrassment and I feel that they can do conspiracy against me.
