Husband not giving divorce

Dear Sir, Husband not giving money after marriage nor bearing any of my expanses. After marriage only my mother was helping me financially for basic needs of cloths, food etc. When I got pregnant, my husband forced me for abortion as he was not ready for child. He torched me mentally with fake allegations that fetus is not mine and left me alone. I moved to my mother's place. My mother is widow and was getting pension, she takes care me in pregnancy. I gave birth to my daughter then find out job in MNC and settled by my own. After this suddenly my husband come bac again and told "I love my kid, she is mine." Now my daughter is 6 year old but husband not paying any money for her education, care, food, milk etc. I am staying separate from him for 6 years (after my pregnancy). He used to come my house every now and then. I don't want to go with him and I feel my life in danger. He is in Semi government electricity company and earning 65,000. He told that I cant give money for kid because of some "personal" reasons. I am taking care of baby alone from her birth. He is not ready for mutual consent divorce and also not ready to give money for kid monthly. Now I am earning 90,000 per month. How can I get divorce from him. What grounds I should give ?
