Harrasment and torture to the patient

I lost my mother because of my landlord She was suffering from multiple diseases Kidney,liver failure and breast cancer, she was unable to walk so we left our own house which Is on 4th floor and shifted to the ground floor on the rental. First our landlord ask for security instant without rental agreement We had no choice as we needed to shift instant for my mother and our landlord asked for advance my brother agreed but since he has to rush hospitals AIIMS and safdarjung both he has no time to talk our landlord knows my mother is in serious condition and high bp which causes kidney and retina damage they suddenly asked to leave the property in 5 days as we don't have any other option to go we have asked them for few days to search then they asked 5 thousand for electricity advance I denied so they came to harrassing and torture us in front my mom she had such worse condition and on same night our mom passed due to low bp which never happened she had only high bp I need a genuine legal advice as I don't have enough money and I have a younger sister I don't want to spoilt her studies
