Liability to pay debt

I am a daughter and I have a twin sister, we have no property whether it is ancestors or earned by my father, but there is debt amount of more than 15 lakhs which was made by my father , my father own a company which is unsuccessful and it is in the name of my mother all the bank details are in the name of my mother but my father ran the company and he took 5 lakhs loan from the bank for the development of the company which is also a rental company now he is unable to show the Proper audit and can't pay the rent to the company for more than 2 years which amount to 2.5 lakhs , along with this he have sold all the sources like jewelry and some were in pledge which amount to 5 lakhs , even though anything above mentioned didn't came to any settlement by another side he got 3 lakhs from a raw material supplier and now it's also in pending where the man often comes to home asking for money , as we both are unmarried and have no source to pay these debt and mother is not educated to work and father does not possess any property in his name neither we don't posses any property or source of outcome what shall we do? We are with lots of burden due to these debts is there any legal solution to solve this problem? How can we escape from the loan amount taken from the bank in the name of my mother? Do we both daughter are liable to pay these loans? Is there any other way to escape from the debts made by my father if he does not posses any outcome and property?
