Wife filled complaint of domestic violence

My father served in the Indian Army for 28 years before retiring in 2013. Afterward, he worked as a military instructor at a private school until his retirement in 2023. I have one sister who got married in 2016 and settled in Surat. I got married in 2019, and my wife and I have a son who was born on June 24th, 2022. I worked as an engineer in Hyderabad from 2017 to 2024. In March 2023, my family—my parents, wife, son, and I—took a trip to Srisailam to celebrate my wife’s birthday. After returning home, a small disagreement arose between my mother and wife, which gradually led to a tense atmosphere. The communication between my family members broke down, and a cold war started, where no one was speaking to each other. Even mealtimes were filled with tension. The next morning, the tension escalated when my father and wife got into an argument. My wife shouted continuously, and in frustration, my father used an abusive word. This infuriated my wife, and the situation spiralled out of control. Despite my efforts to intervene and calm things down, the conflict grew worse. Ultimately, my parents decided to leave and return to their hometown. In June 2024, during my son’s first birthday, my wife asked me to invite her relatives. Though I initially disagreed, I eventually complied to maintain peace. My parents were unaware of the invitation. When they arrived, I requested my wife to greet them, but she refused. Instead, she ignored them and went to the kitchen, which only made the situation more tense. Later that evening, just before the birthday celebration, my parents found out that my wife’s relatives had been invited, which upset them further. My mother expressed her concerns, given the already strained relations at home. This led to yet another argument, involving my wife, my father, and me. In an attempt to defuse the situation, I booked a flight and took my wife and son to her family’s home in Mumbai. During this period, we hardly communicated, hoping to let things cool down. To resolve the ongoing family issues, we arranged a meeting at a politician’s home, but the outcome only made things worse. A second meeting was held at our house with another politician, where we agreed that all terms and conditions for living together would be written down before proceeding. However, about one or two months later, my wife suddenly returned home with our son and several large bags, without any prior notice. We confronted her, reminding her that nothing had been settled. After a brief argument, my father asked her to stay in a separate room to avoid further conflict. My mother suggested she handle her own meals and avoid household activities to prevent more disputes. This arrangement lasted for 10 days, but my wife continued provoking arguments. Then, unexpectedly, her family came and took her back to Mumbai. Before leaving, they filed a false domestic violence complaint against my parents, accusing them of physical and verbal abuse, which is entirely untrue
