Negligence of school

Scenario 1 - My child who is 3 years old fell at the school reception(where his class teacher and 2 helpers were present) has undergone with some stitches on his forehead on 19 Sep 2024. When i asked for the CCTV camera, they agreed to show the CCTV camera. As my child was undergoing the surgery, i was unable to go see the camera. The very next day(20 Sep 2024) i went to the school to see the footage, The school denied to show the CCTV footage by saying that CCTV camera is not available at the area where my child fell off(according to them it was reception area and they have the footage of half of the reception and not the area where the incident took place). Scenario 2 - My child was taken to the hospital for treatment where the doctors did not stitch the injury part. In place of that, they did the treatment by putting a glue and a bandage. according to them, if the child bleeds again, then we have to bring him to the hospital again which happened. We rushed to the hospital where the doctors told that now the injury needs to be stitched. they made us a bill which i took to the school. The authorities and the class teacher present told to pursue with the treatment and the school will take the responsibility of paying the bill. The next day(20 Sep 2024) i went to school with the bill, which they are denying to pay off. Wanted to know, what should be done in such scenario. Can i file a case against the school?
