Rectification of land area
I purchased a property where the schedule states:
SCHEDULE PROPERTY
All that piece and parcel of residential site No.X, New Katha No.Y/X, , formed in Converted Sy No. Z, Converted for residential purpose vide order No.ABC, dated 26.04.2011, issued by special deputy Commissioner Bangalore District. Presently within limits BBMP measuring East to West 66 feet, And North to South 40 feet, in all measuring 2640 Sq. feet, situated at Bilishivale Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bangalore East Taluk, Bangalore, and bounded on the:
East by : Site No.A;
West by : Road;
North by : Site No.B;
South by : Site No.C;
After registration when we decided to go for construction we found that the actual measurements between the sites A,B,C and road are measuring 2950sq.ft.
What is the process to rectify this property dimensions which is under B Khata in Bangalore?
This land is in a plotted layout that was formed in Converted Site Sy No Z.
Can the original landlord of the site Sy No Z make any claim for additional payment for the increased land area?
