Unable to repay Personal loan

Sir, I was jobless for 5 months and i had medical expenses for my mother when she was in ICU for 10 days Hence i defaulted on lot of personal loans taken and credit cards I have many collection agencies from every bank visiting my premises for past few months and so I was told by my wellwishers and even few collection agents to get OS order copy so you can buy some time. I am already overburdened as 100% of my salary goes towards EMIs and now without job its immpossible to clear them as they have imposed various penalties. Please suggest if there is a legal remedy to get a breather for few months say 6 months to 1 year. Few banks are threatening to take my case legally. I have loans outstanding say 19 lakhs for icici, 16 lakhs for hdfc, close to 4 lakhs with indusind, standard chartered and yes bank each.. I made a mistake by taking loans from axis and tata capital of nearly 10 lakhs each to pay emis for existing loans 8 -10 months bank and one of the worst decisions i have taken up Please suggest on legal remedies available if any Note: I already sent email to all banks-hdfc, icici, axis, indusind, yes, standard chartered, where i have taken loans but they said they cannot give me a extension or momotorium or even spare few more moths
