Land is split from the survey

I'm looking to buy a 5 year old already constructed independent house. It is a B khata property in BBMP limits. The land(1200sqft) belongs to a survey no. X (which is 3.27acres) . Land(1200sqft) was purchased in 1995 from the survey land owner. The survey no. X was then sold to a another party in 2018. The sale deed mentions that " the entire survey no.X measuring 3.27acres was sold to the purchasers. There is another confirmation deed (Taken in 2018, 5 days before the sale of the entire survey as described in para 3) present where in all the family members of the orginal survey owners have signed and confirmed the sale of the land (1200sqft) which was taken place in 1995 as the principal deed. Now my query is : Does the fact that when entire survey was sold to a party in 2018 it mentions the entire dimension of survey which is 3.27acres which also includes the land(1200sqft). There is no specific mentioned statement saying 3.27acres excluding the 1200sqft land. Or reduction in the dimensions of the survey. Will this in anyway cause me an legal issues or any other issues from the new survey owners because of the land not being mentioned as not being a part of the survey in the sale deed It would really help me to know the opinion on this. Thank you
