Mother dening for kids treatment and schooling violating kids right

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Madhu Sudan, and my child is now 6 years old. At the age of 3, he was diagnosed with a high risk of autism. The doctor recommended that he be surrounded by people and receive therapies and treatment. Initially, my wife cooperated for our child's development, and we both took him to school and therapies. However, things have changed drastically. She is now not allowing our child to go for therapies and school. Her parents are too involved, threatening me with false cases and destroyed our child's medical records. Since we had a love marriage, she is following her parents' directions and not allowing our child to receive treatment. Our child's speech has not developed, and she always keeps him at home. She even prevents me from taking our child outside. This situation will hinder our child's permanent development, making him dependent on others. I have tried various ways to convince my wife to provide schooling and therapies, but with no success. I have lodged a complaint with the NCPCR, and they have sent a notice but no update. How to proceeded further legally. I contacted few lawyers suggesting for divorce and child custody but it may long way to go. Is there chance for Instinct justice for my kid to get the therapies and schools. Will court help me get order immediately for the sake of child health. Please advice. Thanks in advance.
