Case of speaking abuse and prostitution

Yesterday we me and my friend went to a friends house female friend at around 12 in the night because we missed our train and after that we called our 2 other fiends to pick us up now that female friend lives with 3 other female room mates and when our other 2 friends came we called them upstairs as we were eating Maggi after that 2 guards came up to their flat and said why are boys here so late at night and asked us to leave and we left but after sometime our female friend called us saying that guards are saying that we abused them and cussed them and left so they were calling us back we said that we did not do any such thing but the guards threatened to call the cops and after sometime they called saying that come back the cops are here so we went back and apologized even though we did not do any such thing and the cops took our photo and name and numbers of all 4 of us and after that we left after sometime our female friend called again saying that a man of society is saying to pursue a case of prostitution and drugs on the girls because such incidents have happened before also (which we did not knew anything about) so we said that just apologize and close the matter but that man is adamant alotugh police said that we are free to go and we are safe but now the girls are saying that we want to pursue a case of harassment against the neighbor who is saying to file a case of prostitution and drugs against the girls and this same man when we boys went back was shouting and threatening us also in front of police. so my question is that will we be in any problem if the girls do so and also can the police or the neighbor do anything against us after they said that we are free to go and they accepted our apology.
