Company transport

I am a female employee. Have joined the Technology centre of an automotive manufacturing company in Bangalore. As the Tech centre is besides the factory, both the establishments are out of the city limits (ahead of Electronic city) and around 35 kms away from my home. I can choose to work in either shifts. 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 11AM - 8PM. To choose 7:30 AM shift, I have to board the office cab by 6:15 AM. I log off at 4:30 PM and reach the nodal drop off point by 6:45 PM and back home by 7:10 PM. To choose 11 AM shift, I have to board the office cab by 9 AM. I log off at 8 PM and reach the nodal drop off point by 10:20 PM and back home by 10:45 PM. My question is - if I travel by 6:15 AM, is the company obligated to provide me a home pick up? I am the first employee to board the cab from the nodal point, which is around 2.5 kms away from my home. Or, if I opt for the 11 AM shift and log out at 8PM, is the company obligated to provide me home drop off, as I will be the last employee to deboard? I would like to know what are my rights here, as I have newly joined the firm?
