Brother and sister in law torture on my mother.

My brother and sister in law have been abusive to my mother since beginning. After my father's death in 2011 they took all the money from all the accounts of my father and mother. They have stolen all the documents and cell phone of my father to take the otp and steal money. They forced my mother to make a sulahnama to take the rent and other expenses of their own inspite of being a government employee. Still the torture continues , he took all the money from her and barred her from kitchen and planted cameras in her room hall and everywhere to watch her. When I came to talk to him from bangalore he and his wife broke my finger and did FIR against me, my mother and my husband who was not even in that city. They hit us and went to police station however we had already given complaint to the police before but no action was taken. We called police but they gave vip treatment to my brother and sister in law. My brother made videos abusing me and my mother and shows to everyone for sympathy. He stays there so he keeps on meeting police and they are not helping us. We have met sp and dsp also but no help. IO has unnecessary increased charges on us without any investigation. We are feeling helpless and my mother is tortured everyday. She hides in one room and eat tiffin food and is in very bad condition.
