Regarding will certificate

Sir/madam I am Sinu V, divorced wife of Mr. johnson varghese, working in Travancore titanium prdts(govt sector). trivandrum. We belong to christian religion. In 2015 we both are separated through family court and we are having one daughte aged 17 years studying in 12th std. My exhusband died last year april 2023, and after his death one lady came and arguing with us she is the second wife of my exhusband and she married this man before one month i,e march (2023), and died in april(2023). thier wedding is conducted in a hindu temple and registered in panchayat office .This lady is hindu follower and my husband is a christian. Is their marriage is a valid one ?. And this lady has a will , stating that all benefits belonging to him , has only one legal heir i.e is her only (second wife). No rights given for my daughter in the will. 1. sir, my doubt is whether their marriage is a valid one. 2. Also in the will it is stated that this lady is my wife and we are living together, but their marriage is done before one month of his death and this is not done under special marriage act. Without referring marriage certificate the subregistrar registered this will document. The document is registered in 2022, a year before his death and that time she is not his wife. 3. Our case is going on in family court, still in dispute of legal heir. 4. They strongly opposed us with this will. please give me your valuable suggestions sir/madam.
