Land rectification

I am resident of Jammu and Kashmir.In 2013 govt took our land for construction of biotechnology park .we had 3 plots of land .One was 1.5 Kunal ,2nd one was 10 Marla and third one was 2 Kunal .The third plot which was 2 Kunal as per documents,was more in dimension in actual sense ,their was measurement error in ancient times due to which it was documented as 2 Kunal instead of 2 Kunal and 5 Malra .when govt laid the boundaries they took 2 Kunal and spared the rest 5 marlas .Till 2013 to 2024 the land of 5 Malra is in our possession.But no our neighbours are feeling envy towards it and they are leaving no chance to snatch that land from us by reporting to different departments that we are illegally possessing govt land ..We feel afraid as we don't have documents of those 5 marlas spared by govt from our land .Now we want to maintain documents of that land but the khasra no of that land is declared as govt as whole ..Tell me what is the procedure to make documents of those 5 marlas so to prevent any sought of hindrance in future course
