Husband deserting son and me and sent back to india.

My husband is on h1b visa and in usa currently and he have multiple times done dv on me after my son was born and always physically and mentally abused me on several ocasions and sent me and son of 4m back to india . Son was born in. usa despite that he sent us back here. After a continuously trying to talk to him for 1 year i finally decided to go ahead with legal process. after i filed dv case and 498a he still did not appear in ps . cc is in the court currently and he is still neither talking , calling nothing. his family too have absconded their home as they were refusing to let me stay in my matrimonial home since 1 year. now we do not have idea where thy are and husband in usa trying to get married 2nd time he even created matrimonial bio data . i d o not know what to do , my son and i have been waiting for him to feel somthing for us . cc is taking time but on the district court website it says issue bw/nbw ( i do not know what that means ) police is not doing anything . i got to know about the NRI cell . i dont know if they can help me or not . PLease suggest me something . about the maintenance , we have 1 week ago filed for maintenance under pwdva . please suggest how can i get justice . this not only involves dv , he also mentally abused me and now proceeding to marry 2nd time. he did nto even divorce me it is been 1 year that he completely abandoned me and our son .
