Bank Harassment during processing of home loan.

I am an employee of a private company,I have applied for a home loan from axis bank they have assured me to disburse the loan amount within 15 days. After a month passing out they keep telling me your loan is processed we are ready to disburse meanwhile every day they are as king for new type of documents . As I have deadlines to get the property registered . But at last moment they are saying to put advertisements in newspapers as some previous agreements is missing ( having a certified copy) after getting that done. Next day they are you should put the advertisement through advocate. They contacted my advocate and asking him to provide NOC for the missing documents,my advocate told there is no such authority. Although for all the required documents bank didn’t cooperated they asked us to get a huge number of documents to get downloaded from online, as a employee I have to travel 400 km frequently for the documents and other’s requirements.now one day before they keep adding requirements to do affidavits,indemnity bond etc. I am now really frustrated by the behaviour of the banks. They have taken approx 15k in the name of processing fees but not done a single cooperation with us. Also for legal clearance bank personnel went to the selller for original documents inspection , he asked seller for money for travel and snacks. Now I want to cancel my loan process and want to know how should I penalise bank for the Harassment for 45 days in the name loan process. I have spent almost 50-60k for documentation ,advertisements,travel. Excluding advocate charges. Please guide me what should be done against bank n.b till loan amount has not been disbursed.
