Injunction Order for a property

We have land which we are trying to sell. We got the sale agreement done but even with substantial delay the purchaser never proceeded with registration. We informed for cancellation of the sales agreement. However they files a case against us and obtained an injunction so we dont sell the property. Following temp injuction was issued. "N/R. Issue ss to defendants. ORDER Heard Learned counsel for the plaintiffs on I.A. No.1. Perused plaint averments and documents. The plaintiffs filed suit against the defendant for the relief of Specific performance of contract, on the allegation that defendants failed to perform their part of contract dated 17.05.2024 and trying to alienate the schedule properties to others. The averments of the plaint and documents produced by the plaintiffs, at this stage reveals prima facie case in their favour and if temporary injunction is not granted, plaintiffs may be put to hardship and injury and thereby the very purpose of the suit would be defeated, hence, following:- ORDER Defendant, her men agents, anybody claiming under or through her, are restrained from alienating the schedule properties till next date of hearing. The plaintiffs are directed to comply Order 39 Rule 3 of C.P.C. Office is directed to issue interim order only after compliance and after payment of sufficient process fee. Issue suit summons and notice on IA No.1 to defendant returnable by 24.09.2024." We have agreed to proceed with the registration against the same party. Given injunction order is not revoked, can we proceed with registration.
