Child custody after divorce

Me and my wife were married for 6 years. During first year of marriage, i had emotional relationship with other female in my family. although nothing happened physically, my wife has screenshot of our intimate chat. We resolved the matter in front all of our family members and decided to move on. we spent another year together before we started to plan for a baby. due to my physical problems, i couldn’t have sex with her so we decided to go for aivf and had a bay girl. we were raising our baby girl in our family home and other than a few problems here and there, everything was going on fine. we were not physically involved with each other. i thought i had already told my wife that this is going to an issue but last month i realised she misunderstood the conversation. she thought i was stalling her ny giving false hopes. now she has taken our daughter to her home in delhi and wouldn’t let us meet her. she is ready to file the divorce. financially, we didnt take any dowry and things were always cordial when it came to money. we just had a major loss in the firm which has unstablised our financial position. we own the house we live in but are in a long pile of debt. my wife is legal partner at my firm too. pls suggest us our right for our daughter and alimony
