What should I do now

The incident happened on 8th of sept when I have found a female escorts agency (prostitute agency) whom I communicated with on WhatsApp they have charged me first of 200rs for verification as I did the same then they asked me to pay 750 again I did later on they have charged me for security deposit 15500 and for verification I'd 12050 and total 31000 I have paid which they have mentioned that it will e refunded in 30sec After all the payments they asked me to pay again of 8k amount for medical and i denied to pay again I asked them to cancel the service as I don't need any service anymore and initiate my refund now they are asking me to pay 5k more for cancellation I have already Spoken with there manager he stated that I have initiated it will take 12 hours from the date 8 sept 6:27pm it's been more than a 24 hours I called again on that number and the guy whom I spoke with earlier again he started to torcher and asked to pay 5k to cancel And till now they are not picking up my call nither them are replying
