Company took extra money and now denying to return

Hi, Please find below incidents: I had an offer of 14.5 LPA on which company has mentioned 14LPA on paper and 50k cheque they kept as personal payment. Offer started from 1st september 2023 but they mention on paper 1st october 2023. In 14 LPA, 1.5 L they considered as an project incentive with two cheques 75k each in Jan 2024 and April 2024. 50k cheque was schedules in july 2024. Due to financial reasons I took 50k cheque in advance in oct 2023. On 12th April 2024 I resigned and my last working day was 12th July 2024. During notice period, on 25th May company given me remote work and informed to go home and continue from home further. On 3rd June company removed my remote work and my entry gate punch without any intimation to me. Hold May month salary without any intimation. Asking to return 1.5L project incentive and 50k cheque. For which I was ready for 50k cheque as i have taken in advance. But there are nowhere written that I should pay 1.5L but still they were demanding. I also asked about my may salary, no response. Somehow I was able to save 75k from 1.5L and told them to cover 75k and 45k from my salary. Also my bonus of 12000 was also pending with company. Also asked to consider. As they have also hold my relieving letter and Experience latter, i was ready to pay. On that basis they called me on 20th June 2024 in office and put a demand if 1.5L and 50k again and also deducted 26000 from my may salary and asking more money. Again somehow I saved 75k and paid 36000 to them. They given me release documents with last working day as 31st May 2024. I am demanding my money 75k and 20 days salary for June month as they have nowhere informed me about my last working day. Also I was not payable 75k to them as nowhere it is wriien that I have to return it. They are denying to pay now. Please help. Please suggest.
