Car parking issue with my ground floor flat owner
It's G+2 flat in that ours is 1st Floor and 2nd floor.
We have one covered car parking area of 8.75 ft ×23.5 ft. Same size car parking owned by the ground floor house owner also.. they don't have any vehicle which is completely empty space..
They have intentionally kept 8 to 9 big flower pots in-between their car parking and ours.
Since our road is 15ft wide we need to move the car diagonally to park the car which will touch their car parking slightly then only I can bring my car to my parking space without occupying even a single inch space of them.. not to use their car parking space while moving the car to park in my space they have purposely they bought 8 flower pots and placed between two parking which is damaging my car while parking my car. I bought a new honda city last month where my car bumper got damaged because of that flower pot.. could you please tell it is legally allowed to keep flower pot in the car parking apace intentionally to danage my car.. I have also lodged a complaint against them. But no action taken by them.. I'm not using their car parking space even a single but while moving the car from road to climb on the ramp my car wheel Slightly touch their car parking and will come to the position..
