Will a women gets alimony if she wants a divorce, she is educated and having private job

A women wants a mutual divorce with 30 lakhs of alimony who is in 1 year of marriage, she stayed with husband and in laws for 10 months and staying away from him with her parents from past 2 months so total 1 year. She wanted divorce because her husband 1. Did not have any physical relationship even from day 1 of marriage to till date. 2. Mentally harassed her: Avoided her by not communicating with her weeks or months, staying and sleeping away from her in other room even being at same roof even inlaws are there in same house. 3. Not taking to any trips though she asked for some privacy with him: He accepted he wantedly don't want to go to trips with her. 4. Her in-laws and husband's blackmailing nature that they would die if her husband would keep a seperate family with her. 5. Her husband don't like her family members. Few other reasons.... That women have went across anxiety and tension like how to bring up this in front of her parents and waited for 10 months to have any change in him mainly in terms of physical relationship and many more. But no use so she felt if she doesnt share then the situation might become worse so she firstly informed her parents. Then they informed her in-laws then the husband in turn started blaming that his wife did not accept him. As he wants to escape from alimony, He is stating that he wants his wife again so that in 1 week he may try to have a physical relationship with her but wife decided to take a divorce. Husband income: 35lakhs job per anum, Business with 50-70lakh turnover in a year, few farm lands and medium apartment, 1cr house with loan(want to gift to his business partner) Wife's income: 10lakh per anum, no any properties on her name After all discussions Husband agreed to give divorce with 12 lakh alimony. Wife, husband and some mediator(not legal parties) were discussed in 1 room about alimony and wife in a pressure agreed for 15lakhs and also told that she need to check with parents as they are the one's who contribute to marriage of around 15lakhs. All this husband recorded audio without wife's permission. But wife's parents did not accept and demanding for 30lakhs. Husband is blackmailing that he recorded so he will not give more than that. Questions: 1. Is the agreement made in audio record is considered as valid agreement and can it be defended to get more alimony? 2. Can a wife get a alimony of 30lakhs or can demand for more alimony and how much ? 3. Is the wife or husband who will be blamed for lack of physical relationship? Note: wife disclosed about it first, wife also have a audio recording proof that he is the one who did not want to make a physical relationship as he might regret in future if they come across any big fights. 4.
