Legal actions against talak e hasan

Sir, I have sent first talak notice to my wife as per talak e hasan last month, now this month second notice is due. My wife has given reply to first talak notice through her lawyer on his letterhead and in the last para of the reply it is mentioned that if I send remaining notices she will take legal actions through competitive court of law. In my first talak I have mentioned clearly that this talak notice that is talak e hasan doesn’t come under the preview of section 3 and 7 of Muslim Women protection act of 2019. My concern is 1. what legal actions I may expect because I have not followed talak e biddat that is triple talak which was banned in 2019 rather I am following talak e hasan 2. what could be my possible course of action for the expected legal actions if any. 3. If there are no possible legal actions can I go ahead with subsequent talak e hasan notices? Note: She is not living with me for almost 4 years now, she and my son lives with her brothers. Dowry harrasement and DV cases against me and my family are pending since 4 years. As per maintenance case order I am regularly paying the maintenance for her and my child. The conciliation between us was a failure.
