Can child custody and his maintenance agreed during divorce gets impacted if the adultery is found post the divorce is grant

I had been in marriage for 7 years and 3 months and i have a kid of 3 years old. I work in a software industry as an employee and my husband runs a startup. Majority of the times, my husband tend to stay away from house 6 months every year and also rest of the year, he spent majority of time in office. So we used to have a lot of fights and disagreements on this. He also used these fights as a reason for not coming home. During 6th year of my marriage I got attracted to one of his close friends and we had an affair which ended in 10 months. Later without this knowledge, we both applied for mutual divorce(majorly he realised that we are not compatible and having a child was a mistake). Even though I backed out in last 2 weeks, he said he will fight for it and in-order to avoid all these, I agreed and took divorce. He always pointed it as my anger is the only reason for all these. Childs Custody - According to the court, we agreed on monthly 2 weekend visitations for the father and splitting the vacations, to avoid disruptions in the child's growth. He agreed to pay for the child's maintenance and pay the rent till he purchases an apartment for him Now, after 6 months of divorce, he came to know about the affair and I accept it. He wants to change the custody and maintenance terms as follows 1. Monthy 10 days my son must stay with my ex-husband's parents which is tirupati(he will not be available due to his business trips). 2. Every year 3-4 months he must go with my ex to international trips. He explicitly said that my son is not in 10th or writing any main exams, so he will make sure, he doesn't get a backlog. Due to this, I am forced to move to Tirupati from Bangalore. Currently he is going to nursery in Bangalore. 3. We have to split the child's maintenance expenses even though i am taking care of him. It will be really helpful, if I I can get professional opinion on this.
