Defective honda bike

I purchased my Honda SP Shine 125 bike on January 16th, 2024. During the first service, I reported a gearbox issue where gears were frequently getting stuck. The service center representative at Panjab Honda acknowledged the problem but mentioned it was a recurring issue from the manufacturer and assured they would look into it. Shortly after the second service, the engine started emitting a troubling noise. Despite their attempts to rectify the issue, the problem persisted, forcing me to visit the service center multiple times. On one occasion, the bike had to be kept for several days for extensive repairs, disrupting my travel plans significantly. The engine was opened twice within a short span, and on July 9th, 2024, I received the bike after another round of repairs. However, during a crucial journey from Ahmedabad to Amreli, the engine started making excessive noise again, which posed safety concerns, especially in heavy rain. The logistics of delivering the bike to the Honda service center in Bhavnagar were impractical and costly. Is it reasonable for a bike's engine to be opened three times within six months of purchase? Now panjab honda is not pickup my calls from many weeks. In what section or way i can do compliant so i get refund or replacement of new bike?
