Polish visa related.
Hello to y'all first of,
First off I am 21 (July 2003 my birthday).
So in Early 2021 I met a Polish national online, we started to talk through social media and we planned to meet after our highschool.
2023 came, I applied for the visa, I was asked for an interview which went horrible and my visa was rejected with reasons:
1. I do not have sufficient financial means
2. There are reasonable doubts on my purpose of stay.
Points to be noted from this visa application:
1. I was working in 2022 in a company which I thought would be a great asset to prove my career prospects, but I did not mention this in my visa application because I trusted Google's "self proclaimed visa experts" so told to keep it short.
2. I was unaware of every subjects being taught at the university.
3. My goal was lacking, and I couldn't provide what do I seek in future, because I was hella nervous.
I was depressed, but I thought the reason for rejection is because of finances so I corrected that and reappealed against the decision, this time I was not even asked for an interview. But yet again "There are reasonable doubts on your purpose of stay" was the reason for rejection.
I had a discussion with my polish "friend" and she told me it's better to try next year in a good university and make sure everything sounds good.
I did so, 2024 came I applied in University of Lodz, the letter stated my finances, my motivation to study, my goals, my previous job and I felt prepared. But again my visa was rejected with the same "There are reasonable doubts on my purpose of stay" reason.
I must tell you this whole study purpose was not a fluke, I am genuinely wanting to continue my studies, and I am committed to my academics but I don't think embassy believes me.
But I do actually love the woman too, we're basically the same age and we know each other for 4 year's, but I did not mention her presence even once to the embassy. Thinking, meeting her is a motive but so is my academics.
Right now:
1. I am thinking about meeting her in India and see how it goes between us and even thinking of marrying in case we find each other's company to be just as good.
2. Reapplying for visa under the terms "family reunification" visa. Mind you, I am not using her, I am genuinely wanting her presence, we cry on call with each other for our ups and downs and we do support each other.
Can you tell me how strong our case can be with our chats on Instagram, screenshots of video call, meeting in real life, marriage (if everything goes smoothly), gifts receipt I sent to her are provided as a proof?
P.s. I belong to a family which is very conservative and they will not agree for this marriage but I'm ready to fight.for her.
