Monthly expenses

My husband is earning more than 1 and half lakh a month working as a Senior engineer in L &T in Chennai. I am a home maker with 2 kids of 13 and 9 respectively. However, my husband makes me beg for money every month for our monthly needs. It's been 15 yrs of marriage life and around 7 yrs I have worked and did take care of the family expenses during that period and this happens all those yrs. My husband has very well family background and no debts or any burdens in case of money, still he is not interested to give me money for household expenses.He says it is for future and wants me to live a beggers life and he lives a lavish life with fullfillng all his luxury requirements he wishes for. There are other serious issues where we decided to just stay for kids and agreeing on only one point that he will provide financial needed support for all three of us. But he never sticks to his words and everyday is hell. What help can I get from the law to get atleast a 30 k per month which is enough to live with my kids with peace in the same house with him
