My sister in law and her brother are harassing our family.

My sister in law and her brother keep harassing my brother on calls. My sister in law is not educated or from Mumbai. She has a child from her first marriage as well who lives with us. The sister in law doesn’t cook or is responsible for any chores or activities whatsoever. She has never been subjected to any pressure of doing anything. Even her child’s studies are not taken by her. It’s done by me due to her constant pressure of making me take her studies, I am not able to focus on my work. She discusses or makes the maids of our house do opposite of what we direct them to do behind our backs. All this has been captured on cameras that were installed in our house for security purpose. Her own family has previously admitted to her having some mental issues. I want to know if these are strong grounds to go file a complaint at the police station. She causes disruption and distress every other day with her loud voice and constant unnecessary issues which have no relevance or even an ounce of truth. In order to feed her ego, she is constantly doing this in the house and making life hell for everyone. Her brother is calling my brother and ridiculing him with trash language. He has no genuine job there and is married but that isn’t working for him according to what we know through the discussion sister in law had with my brother. My father is old and stressed due to this, and my mother is in bed due to her condition. [Alzheimers]. Please suggest what I could do as a first step. Communication within the family is out of question as she is manipulative and narcissistic.
