Unauthorised Constructed building can demand water and Electricity connection
A land owner and builder have JV and plan to construct a building in T.Nagar, Chennai and constructed in 2022. But Greater Chennai Corporation only approved G+1. The builder and land owner had cluse and constructed three shops in portico at ground floor, 2nd and 3rd floor. The three shops occupied by land owner and 2nd, 3rd floors occupied by builders. And 1st floor three portion was sold three owners by out right sales by the builder and showed two CMDA receipts to the 1st floor owners and told them 2nd and 3rd floors are regularized by CMDA. Based on the receipts builder registered all floors with UDS respectively. But the 1st floor owners find ground floor shops , 2nd and 3rd floors are not get approval and the day one CMDA rejected their application. The find out on 2016 and file WP at Madras High Court for demonization of unauthorized construction. The above WP still pending with Madras High court. In 2021 R1, Mamabalam Police station come and inspected that the 2nd and 3rd floors are unauthorized occupancy and vacated all owners and cut EB also. Now again all owners gave trouble to 1st floor owners and threatened to demand water to their portion and Also gave compliant to R1 Mambalam Police Station . The police officers forced to 1st floor owners and hand clause to with builder and land owners to take water connection in their portions. Still our case pending with Madras High Court but police officers are not obeyed our loyal request . Please kindly will remedy for the above my issue and advise me whether EB and Water connections are eligible to the above unauthorized flats or not. What is the way to rectify my issue
