498A Lokadalat

Respected Sir, I am from Andhra Pradesh State. My wife filed 498A against me and my family members (5) in the year 2016. Immediately I filled RCR, after that I filed divorce petition in 2017. In the year 2019 by elder’s suggestion we, the both parties filed a petition in Lok Adalat for compromise which was held on 14.12.2019. In that petition Terms & Conditions as follows 1. Both parties agreed to settle their disputes. 2. The respondent agreed to withdraw a criminal case against Petitioner and his family members and the case is posted on 30.12.2019 for further case proceedings. 3. The petitioner agreed to withdraw the present divorce petition against the respondent. But the Hon’ble Judge in her order “Petition allowed and divorce sanctioned to the petitioner”. After that same Judge revised the above Orders. When my wife received the Lok Adalat Judgment order on 09.01.2020 which indicates withdraw of the divorce petition she expressed her negligence to withdraw 498A case and she didn't withdraw criminal case till to date. Sir, 1. My request is with these terms & conditions in Lok Adalath Judgment order how I proceed in my criminal 498A case. 2. What about divorce petition? Thanking You Sir in advance
