Ancestral property settlement

Mr. Palanisamy dies in 1967 and leaves behind his self earned properties. Mr. Palanisamy has 1 wife, 2 sons and 4 daughters. Mrs. Thangamani(W/o Mr. Palanisamy) does partition of the properties with her 2 sons (Dr. Velu & Dr. Shanthakumar) in 1986. She also gets a document signed from her 4 daughters(Mrs.Shantha, Mrs. Sathyabama, Mrs. Vasanthi & Mrs. Vijayalakshmi) that they have nothing to do with the properties. Mrs. Thangamani, gives all the properties to the 2 sons and retains the House property. Around the year 2007/2008, Mrs. Thangamani makes a settlement of the House property to Mrs.Vijayalakshmi, taking verbal assurance from her that she has to share it among her 3 sisters. In 2015, Mrs. Thangamani dies. And over the years , Mrs. Vijayalakshmi's mind changed and wanted the whole property for herself and her son. In 2017, she writes the property to her son (Arjun). Mrs. Vijayalakshmi dies the same year 2017. Is there any legal stand for the other 2 brothers and 3 sisters or theirs to get their share of the property???
