Property income.

My relationship with my mother and siblings has always been bitter. After my father's death, the flat in Delhi, which was in his name, was not transferred to anyone until 2016. In 2016, my mother, my siblings, and my cousins decided to have the flat transferred to my mother's name, and I was pressured to sign the documents. After this, their behavior towards me changed; they became more aggressive and tried to get me to sign documents that I should not have signed. I had to leave my house in 2017. In 2024, they began to accuse me of not wanting to resolve family and property matters. However, in the past, I had asked them to settle the property matter, but they did not respond. Now, I have asked them to pay the proportionate rent for the property since 2017, as it could have been rented out to a third party because I'm not fully utilizing my portion of the flat. Can I file a case against them for not paying me rent, and can I ask them to vacate the flat so it can be rented out to someone else to earn rental income?
