Two orders in one case

We have a order from high court which was passed in 2012" where by the court allowed us to collect interests on the FD kept in the bank..(in an Execution Application which is still running, but we did not take it then) Thereafter the same FD was mentioned by the petitioner in a new suit filed in city civil court,in the year 2019 which he filed against the bank, where he has made a prayer that we should not be allowed to withdraw the interests of thesame FD..so the Judge in the new suit has given a roznama entry to maintain a status- quo and to not withdraw interests.. Now this roznama entry is contradictory to the order which we had procured to claim the interests earned.. Now bank is saying we are confused there is one order passed by high court allowing us and then again there is another roznama entry asking to maintain status quo, Now bank is saying to get a proper order for them to proceed and process my application to claim the interests amounts..I am also confused one order from high court allowing us and another roznama entry order not allowing us.. Now which order would be valid and enforceable the high court order passed by high court in 2012 or the roznama order made in a new suit in city civil court passed in the year 2019
