Relieving Letter

I joined a Central Government job as a Group A officer in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on July 22, 2020. My probation period was supposed to be two years, but I received the confirmation letter from the DGCA on June 24, 2024, almost four years later. The confirmation letter mentioned that the confirmation is effective from July 22, 2022. Before receiving this confirmation, I resigned from the service on May 1, 2024, requesting to be relieved by May 31, 2024, considering myself a temporary employee since no confirmation letter had been issued until that date. However, I was not relieved on May 31, 2024. Later, the headquarters asked me on July 2, 2024, to provide a fresh date for my relieving, to which I replied on July 5, 2024, stating that my new relieving date would be July 19, 2024. Again, the DGCA did not relieve me on July 19, 2024. By July 31, 2024, it will have been 90 days since I submitted my resignation. Under these circumstances, what should I do after 90 days? Am I legally free to leave, considering the DGCA will not have relieved me even after 90 days of submitting my resignation?
