How to set aside/cancel ex parte Divorce decree order after 6 years?

Respected Advocate Sir, I need your kind guidance to cancel/set aside ex parte divorce decree with false allegations and Maintenance amount Rs.20,000 PM. which order passed with false ground of cruelty and desertion in Ahmedabad Family court in 2018. Case details are as below; #Our Marriage life was hardly 3-4 months. She deserted Matrimonial home her own and went with her parents. she left my home against me. she started leaving separately and working her own and working still today. #She is CA - Chartered accountant and working women. Earning nicely. She have two wheeler, Car and her own flate in Pune. #She submitted ex parte Divorce u/s 13A with false ground of cruelty and desertion. Although, Family court passed ex parte Divorce decree in 2018 with PM.20,000 Maintenance amount without any evidence. #From my side no one attended court. Although court passed order as, Nature of Disposal -Contested Judgement #Once Family Court passed her ex parte Divorce decree that after in 2018 she file case Execution Regular (EXE.R.) to recover amount. Which was Dispose -Dismissed for Default in 2019 because she was continuously absent. Even again she Restored same DD EXE.R. case in 2022 with Title "Why not join the father-in-law as a third party? My father is 88 yrs and never been party in Divorce & this case even court harass him for 2 yrs. #Most important is somehow they get it my agricultural land papers and submitted in court (It's not my self earning property. which is ancestor property my late grandfather transfer to my father and longtime ago my father transferred on my name.) #Now they send "SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN PERSON" to Me/Husband. They trying to recover money anyhow based on my Ancestors agricultural land. #I'm ok with Divorce but i can't accept false allegations of cruelty, desertion and Maintenance amount. On the contrary as per my situation I need Maintenance from her. So now (2018-2024 after 6 years) how can cancel set aside Maintenance order in same family court where order passed? #Recently I found out that she is in Abroad as an international student for higher studies since around 2 years. As we know, only rich people can afford higher studies Abroad. in that condition how to convey the court that she is capable and cancel her maintenance amount. can I request verbally in court or submit any written appeal about the same? #How Can I cancel her entire Maintenance amount order and false allegations (2018 to 2024 after 6 years)? And How can get Maintenance from her? #Can I submit any request for Review, Appeal or set aside the original decree order with Maintenance amount? what are provisions available in law about the same? #I met so many well-known advocates but no one is sure/confident, how to compel court and which court can set aside/cancel decree order with maintenance amount and false allegations. kindly read all details properly and guide me in details pls.
