Liability wrong submitted to court

From last 10 years they have taken my ATM card & taken all money & now making me to pay School fees, Tuition fees, Dance fees, Van fees, his all expenditures like his clothes, madicine, all his requirements he will take from me, my expenditures, from last 11years he didn't do, he didn't bring single cloth for me in any festival. From last 10 years 100% salary he was taken & nothing done for me. Now taking 50%salary, & not allowing me to live with him. We have daughter, I need to save, some little amount to myself & my daughter, If I give complete ATM card to him & lead life with him, still he didn't do anything to me, all he written to his mother name, now also giving all to his mother, giving torture to me to give all my money, without having little bit savings to my daughter. Everything his mother & he wants, what they are given to me, you also know clearly nothing they have given to me. You know clearly, nothing is there in his name, later if they cheat regarding money means, how can I take care of my daughter. Even small children save there money to themselves, but I didn't have rights to that also here.
