It’s been 5.5 years my husband is not taking any responsibility

I am writing to seek your guidance regarding a challenging situation I am currently facing with my husband. Despite my attempts to seek support through Section 125, my husband has refused to pay for the school fees and other expenses for our children and me. Following this, I filed for divorce, under Hindu marriage act PETITION FOR MARRIAGE BY DIVORCE VIS.13(1) MARRIAGE ACT, 1955. (my lawyer suggested but I’m Not satisfied )but he has made no appearances in court. Instead, he filed for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 in Sambhaji Nagar to protect himself, but we managed to transfer the case to the High Court. Now, his lawyer is suggesting a settlement, but my husband remains adamant about not paying any amount. Additionally, my streedhan is still with him. For the past 5.5 years, I have been living with my parents, who have been bearing all the expenses for my children and me. My younger child was just 6 months old when we moved, and my daughter, who was 7.5 years old then, is now 13. My husband has not made any effort to contact our children on their birthdays or visit them, not even once a year. My son does not even recognize him as his father. My husband has stated that he will not pay any support, claiming he does not file income tax returns, thus there is no proof of his income. However, his business, managed by his younger brother, has a turnover of at least ₹8 crore, though there are no legal properties in my husband's name. Given this situation, I am contemplating whether to file a domestic violence case. Your advice and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, K ---
