Preschool is not refunding admission fees after denying entry to my autistic daughter

I had been deeply taurmented for the last 2 weeks. I paid INR 45000 as a admission fees which they said is non-refundable and INR 97500 as 1 term tution fess for our 3.5 years old dauther. I also submitted a hard copy with all the details of our daughter's behavior like she cries if doors are closed, lights are turned off, she likes to try other's food and reach out to other's items, she lacks social response and don't talk or make friends, and a lot more( and I'm sure now they will not only deny it but also will not present it), Initially all the conversations seems supportive to us, about our daughter getting sleep in the noon they confirmed on the mail that they will help the child to settle for next 3 weeks. After 4 days they called us and shared 10 observations, out of which some are: She tends to avoid making eye contact and often leans on others for support. Vaya is unable to communicate her basic needs like drinking water or whether she is hungry. She handles materials by throwing and making loud noises. During an intervention to ensure the safety of her peers, she poked the teacher in the eye, hit her face, and pulled her hair when not carried. Onan another instance she has bitten and pinched the facilitator. She seeks comfort full time by being carried and hugged when she cries, holding onto teachers around the neck, which inadvertently causes choking. Vaya needs to be fed food and was observed taking food from others' tiffin boxes. She is still on diapers. She doesn't like closed doors and frequently walks out.She was engaged and calmer in the sandpit but wanted the facilitator to carry her throughout the day, gripping tightly to avoid being put down.her sleep routine has been inconsistent and hence on 2 days she has slept at school. Most of them were already shared with them but about hurting or choking someone was unbelievable for us. They denied entry to her in school after 4 days and asked us to get her formal assessment and find a shadow teacher. The formal assessment point towards early autistic signs, now her all teachings needs to be specialized, a shadow teacher cost and over burdening the cost of special education for our child is not possible and a child will be devastated with 2 sessions 1 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and another from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, we made a concious choice and asked the preschool to refund the fees. Now they are denying the Admission fees and only wanted to refund the 1 term fees. Please guide us with the right direction as we somehow able to manage our expenses with current situation.
