I want to know what should i do in my case

I was on the road in UP when a tuck came from the front. A bike with 3 people without a helmet on it was overtaking the truck when the truck turned slightly right avoiding something and hitting the bike. the bike crashed and came stuck front right tire of my car we stopped there called Amulunce and later one of them died. later when the case when filed they completely lied and stated that we crashed into them from behind and there was no truck as the truck escaped immediately police didn't find it and it is in my statement and a local public news app posted by the Ambulance driver. they also stated we escaped the location but we were there the whole time and are present in a video showing them getting carried to the ambulance and our car is also present in that video. when we bought the car we paid for registration and the company stated that due to some complications registration paper would be provided later due to some complications and assured us there was no problem but after the accident, we asked for a document of registration they kept delaying at first later they provided registration document of 10 day later than the accident so insurance company is using non-registration of my car to refuse to give insurance to dead so do I have pay they asked for 8 lack in case of death how much I might have to pay will I face any other consequence who is at fault and any other important point I should keep in mind. the insurance company paid for my damage in zero depth before fir but later refused to pay a third party in the same case in court can they do it? at the time of the accident, the bike was registered in the name of another already deceased person. In the news ambulance driver clearly stated accident happened by the truck.
