Preventing Family Members From Selling Unpartioned Ancestral Lands

Hello Sir/Madam, I am looking for legal options that are available to prevent sell of ancestral agricultural land by other family members. To receive best consultation I would like to provide additional details below: ++ Issue ++ We are three brothers and my parents are not alive. One of my brother is selling lands continuusly that are still in the name of my father. And, he has already sold some lands in past for various his personal reasons and daily expenditures.He also keeps all the earning from agricultural yield and we don't have any objection till date on this matter. However selling of lands is cause of concern for me since many lands are ancestral property which my father got from grandfather and some lands my father had bought.He just sells all these lands saying I am unemployed and I need to fulfill my expenditures and he has been doing this now quite a long initially we thought it's okay let him sell few lands just for his livings and how he feels he has right to keep selling it without concent.
