Shoe rack outside my flat

I have seen similar complaints about SHOE RACK being objected to be placed in corridor outside the wall near the door of a resident's flat. Also i have duly noted the advice given by the legal counsel here. So, my question to the respected legal counsel (basis the answers provided in earlier questions) 1. I am a new buyer of a flat- At the time of purchase : a) NO SUCH RULE was told to me by the manager b) No such bylaw copy was mentioned to me by manager or association c) No such bylaw copy was given to me d) No signature was taken from me to abide by any such by law 2) Coming to point #2- Ofcourse, being a resident in the apartment, i am obligated to follow all the bylaws of the association - even though i HAVE NOT NOMINATED any of the association members or i have NOT participated in any such AGMs which would have PASSED SUCH RULEs about shoe racks in their AGM meetings 3) Point # 2 is HIGHLY SIGNIFICANT i feel , because when i saw the bylaw book which is 10 year old, there is NO MENTION OF SHOE RACK. Also there is NO ADDENDUM mentioned by manager talking about an amendment. They simply quote the bylaws- which seems BASELESS 4) I have FANTASTIC NEIGHBOURS and none of them have ANY ISSUE with the shoerack kept(although i have not taken in written from them. they are verbally told that they are ok) 5) Despite that the association has an issue with me keeping shoe rack outside my flat wall. needless to mention, all dues are paid on time from my end. So legally i am covered and my fundamental right to basic needs like water and electricity CANNOT BE STOPPED for a petty issue like shoe rack, even if BY ANY CHANCE a stand is taken in some previous AGM . So my question is- As per law since we own the 4 walls of the flat, can we fix the shoe rack to the wall, and thereby LEGALLY BE 100% ERROR FREE from my side? Kindly advise
