Usage of common area & ots

Dear Sir, I own a flat in 4 storeyed building since last 10 years which is not yet registered as a society. Me and my neighour uses the same passage area to commute to move out of the flat. We both have installed a shoe rack to keep the shoes. I never had any issues with his shoe rack. Next to my neighbour's shoe rack, a dustbin is also kept there. There is an OTS just next to my main entrance. One side of the OTS wall is one of his bedroom which is just next to my main entrance and the other wall is my neighbour's main entrance. My neighbour had installed a gas geyser and also a cabinet to keep the gas cylinder and other belongings on the wall next to my main entrance. My neighbour always argued that gas geyser and cylinder cabinet is installed on his wall so I don't have any rights to oppose this. My neighbour never asked me before doing those installation. Though informing him many times and also taking this issue in the general meeting several times even the persons appointed as the committee member of the apartment there has been no outcome since yesterday. In the meeting I had informed them that I will not be paying the maintenance unless my neighbour removes the gas cylinder and the gas geyser. Till 11 months the appointed committee didn't took any action. They only said that it is your both internal matter and should be resolved internally. On 13th July 2024, there was a meeting held in the building regarding this issue but I was not able to attend due to my other commitments. The meeting was organized on a very short notice period and the intimation was sent through whatsapp on 12th July 2024 Friday at 11:01PM that there is a meeting on Saturday at 9:00PM. There was no mentioned of date, place and agenda of the meeting. As I was out of town and not able to attend the meeting, one of the committee member called me on my mobile on 13th July 2024 around 10:30PM at night telling me that my neighbour has agreed to remove the gas cylinder on 14th July 2024 morning so are you going to pay the remaining maintenance money. I told them that I had committed that once the cylinder is removed I will pay the remaining maintenance. On 14th July 2024 morning around 10:10 AM my neighbour removed the cylinder and sent a message on whatsapp that he as removed the cylinder along with the photo as a proof. When my wife asked in the chat that what about they cabinet which was installed for gas cylinder and still the belongings are there in the cabinet. That should also be removed. He said that cabinet will not be removed and you can do whatever you want. Please guide me what can be done.
