Icici bank harassment for loan recovery

I have a loan of Rs. 200000 with emi of Rs. 4657 for 60 months taken during covid. I have been paying my emi properly every months. Last year due to Sudden illness of me I was not abel to pay 4EMIs and after that I have been contacted by 3rd party agents for loan recovery. I have explained everything and again started to pay my emi every month but was unable to clear the 4 Overdue emis. I have been living with due and continuously paying emi every month and have mentioned to agenta that will be able to continue paying the EMI every month but clearing up the Overdue is difficult as of now. Now this was going smooth from past 8,9months and from this month only the agency has filled a case against me for the Overdue and given me a grace period of 4days to clear the Overdue of 4EMI +penalties with total Rs. 45000 has harassing me mentally and pushing me to arrange by any means. Due to job I do not stay at my location and they are making surprise visit and exposing my identity to my neigburs and forcing me to appear court. I told I can not bcz I have job to continue otherwise I will not be able to pay your emis then they have been more pussy speaking o High tone and taking in dual menaning words. I have to send me a Digital copy of the notice which the person pertaining himself has denied and asked to collect from the address by leaving job and responding to notice. My question -what to do in this situation, How can I handle this by continuing my job bcz I can't left to Kolkata for this and respond to notices. I have been paying my bills every months still these banks are creating problem in my daily life.
