Land owner not providing road to my farm.

Hi Sir, This is Surya. My grand father has land in survey No. 120/1 (0.07G) ,120/2 (02A.33G) & 120/3 (01A.16G) in Village : Salgunda, Hobali: Salgunda, Taluk: Sindhanur, Dist. Raichur, Karnataka-584167. Initially we have village road 23 feet (b/w salgunda and budiwal)on our farm. While doing hadubast and form 10 we can to know that we have less 15 Gunta less in our farm residing Sy. No. 111/2 farmer G Veeraraju have more land including road on his land. He has totally 04 A 06 G (3A 32G own land & 14 G karaad for road). We are fighting with him since 2016 by making lot of surveys including the joint survey. We are measuring the land and marking the stones, next day he is removing the stones. At last we approached tashidar for justice. He kindly marked the stone of our farm by marked the road b/w 120 and 111. Veeraju given the land 15G to us by now with his influence he changed the road. He is not giving the road to us. He has kept 20 feet far road to our land. The main intitaion is not to give the road to our land. Requesting you to guide us what should we do now to get the road to our land.
