Relinquishment Deed

We are a Muslim family in union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. We are two brothers and are having one sister which is married. Our mother is alive and father has died due to some accident 16 years before. My father and mother purchased a house with 10 marlas before 24 years before in which half portion was registered in my father's name and rest of half portion was registered in my mother's name. After my father's death the half portion of the house which was registered in my father's name was muted in revenue department records in the favour of our mother, sister and we two brothers as per Muslim law distribution of property. My mother has also purchased separately a land meaning 1 Kannal, Three and a Half Marlas. Now our mother (which is old now) want to relinquish her share in house to one of her one son and we too one brother and sister want to relinquish our share to our brother. Our mother also wants to relinquish the rights and title of land which she has purchased separately and registered in her name in my favour that is his another son. The question is can we do it?
