I want to leave a company as i am switching job

Should you choose to leave the company before the completion of the bond period, you will be required to reimburse the joining bonus of 10,000 INR and an additional penalty of 1,00,000 INR. The penalty is in place to ensure commitment to the agreed-upon tenure and to protect the company's investments in your training and integration into our team. Either party may terminate the appointment by giving the other party 30 (Thirty) days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to pay or recover basic salary in lieu of notice period. Further, the Company may at its discretion relieve you from such a date as it may deem fit even prior to the expiry of the notice period and is entitled to pay salary only for the days you were in service. However, if the Company desires that you continue your employment during the notice period, you will do so. If you are absent for a continuous period of 3 (three) working days without obtaining your manager's approval, the Company may construe this as an act of abandonment and the same will be deemed as your notice to terminate this employment. I served company for a month. I resigned the company on 5th Jan and I have to join other company on 1st of Feb. I want to leave company 4 days prior. And they are forcing me to serve notice period of full 1 month.
