Force fully occupying land and giving threatening to kill if construction is attempted

1. I have purchased 6.5 decimal land near my native place. My neighbour residing adjacent to our land started opposing the boundary wall construction whenever we went on the land, in the name of measurement by government RI and want some time for that on one occasion they tried to use violence for the issue. By this way they passed the time for one year and then get registered some part of the land approx 2 decimal from a lady who claims to be father’s sister of the person who has sold us this land.The deed is currently send for correction for wrong entry of plot number and the lady got expired on 27 Jun 24. 2. On our request our land was measured by government RI and demarcated the neighbours interfered that day also but due to the presence of police arrived from police station 200 mtrs from the land, completed the measurement. The neighbour then tried to threat my husband and son by stating his past deed of murder which was recorded in my husband mobile phone. Neighbour’s mother removed the demarcation bricks on the same day but we have taken a picture of that brick and its surrounding. 3. We have informed the police for that but they ignored it. After few day the report of measurement arrived from block office which was in our favour. After that my son went on the land for leveling it the neighbours three brother and his mother and few family member physically assaulted my son and threatens to kill if any construction is carried out. Same has been informed to police station but the SHO did not respond us properly and instead misbehaved with my husband senior citizen reted govt employee. 3. On Saturday Circle officer court is being conducted for any land issue the CO called my son and neighbour. On being asked about the reason for assault they did not give the satisfactory reply the CO has given one week time for both the party for document verification. After one week other party did not arrived,the CO verified our document and found correct and written to execute case with 107 IPC and told us to meet SHO for construction. 4. The SHO of police station did not respond us.I written a letter to DCLR and DM Office regarding safety of family members and construction works but all the letters have been resend to SHO only and he did not respond. He only say that that is your land you do your construction what are you asking for here on being told the previous act by my neighbour he told that nothing help will be provided from us either go to court. 5. On recent act when we again went for leveling our land the neighbour opposed and asked for extortion for some part of land and grouped 20-25 outsiders one with multiple criminal records and made a tin shed in the day light The SHO being informed did not respond even 112 helpline told to be present after 4 hours. 6. Lastly on 28 Jun 24 SHO registered a FIR on the information given by my husband a case of extortion but till date did not made the arrest. Kindly guide us.
