Rent default case

Sirs, I am the owner of a house and my tenant gave Rs.65000 as advance and 10k rent/month. i asked them to vacate as i got complaint from the neighbors that she is doing some illegal activities and creating nuisance. First - she sent a lawyer notice that she gave one lakh rupees advance for which i gave a denial reply notice. Second - Then one month later she filed a court suit that she gave 15 lakh rupees as lease amount and not on rental basis for which i have all rent deposit bank statements. On verification, i came to know that she has joined hands with local miscreants and rowdies to grab a sum from me by framing false claims. So, i gave complaint in police station and sent a notice legally for police inquiry. she denied coming to station a sent a lawyer notice to investigating officer itself that police is harassing her which is baseless. Third - she sent another notice i got 15 lakh rupees as part money from her and agreed to sell her the property which is third false accusation. She kept on sending these false notices which differs from each other and it is clear to everyone that it is a fake case. i discussed with my lawyer and he says that this is very similar common case in society and many cases are in due and it will take 4 or 5 years to get closed in court and i will end up giving some ransom to those miscreants, will be the only way to come out. Can you please suggest how will this case progress in court and what action i should take. complete truth on my side and i am very and tired of this and tensed.
